The main goals were:

Challenge
The previous website wasn’t aligned with the company’s global ambitions. It presented several issues that limited both user experience and business growth:
Outdated Visual Identity: The design looked old and failed to transmit trust or credibility to international markets.
Weak Information Architecture: Products and solutions were not clearly presented, making navigation confusing.
Low Lead Generation: CTAs were inconsistent or hidden, preventing effective conversion.
Lack of International Alignment: The website didn’t follow fintech global standards, reducing competitiveness.
These problems made it difficult for the brand to position itself as a reliable international player and to attract qualified leads.

Mains Tasks
→ Defined the information architecture to improve clarity and navigation
→ Created wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs for key pages
→ Designed a modular layout system to scale for future content
→ Optimized CTAs and conversion funnels for lead generation
→ Adjusted visual identity to align with international fintech standards
→ Ensured accessibility and consistency across the interface

Benchmarking
Benchmarking
What We Wanted to Discover
Interaction analysis, session flows, strengths and weaknesses
Comparative table
Record insights and learnings
Define standards for comparison and objectives (association website content)
Define standards for comparison and objectives (fintech/tech interface)
Learnings
These are presented in a visually appealing way and vary in form and style, but all share the common goal of clearly conveying the strengths of the offering.
In addition to benefits, fintech websites usually display a variety of additional services that complement the main offering. This section is designed to provide a comprehensive view of the available solutions, using high-quality images and key messages to ensure that services are easily understood by visitors.

Wireframe
Wireframe
At this stage, we moved from research and benchmarking to shaping the first tangible version of the website: the wireframes.
I presented the wireframes to the team and tested them with stakeholders, focusing on validating content distribution and clarity of communication. This early feedback was fundamental to refine the information architecture and guarantee that the project goals were being met.

Prototype
We have now reached the prototype stage, where all the learnings from research, benchmarking, and wireframes come together into a complete visual product.
This stage is crucial as it brings the project to life, allowing the team to visualize the final experience and how users will interact with each part of the website.
